The PC GradeBook is licensed for the purchasing Individual only or in the case of School or District Licenses for all teachers in that School or District respectively. We safeguard our copyright thru the use of a key-file that is encoded with your copy of the program. This key-file is generated off your user information you provide at account registration and cannot be changed by the user. Individual teachers who purchase the program and change districts will be able to obtain a new user key-file from Schoolhouse Software free of charge. The key-file displays the user’s name, school, and school district on all screen and printer reports. School licenses allow the teacher’s name to be changed. District licenses allow the school name and teacher name to be changed.
Individuals who purchase a teacher license and choose regular mail delivery will receive a CD. The key-file is encoded and shipped with the CD. Those who elect to use email are required to download the demo program from our web site. A key-file will then be emailed to you along with explicit instructions on how to install the user file to covert the demo to a regular program.
Individual Teacher License: $79
School License: All teachers in the school are licensed to install the program on both their school and home computer. Price is based on student enrollment according to the following schedule. Contact us for further details.
